We want you to love your Bulgin Beauty tools. If you're not completely happy, we're here to make it right.
Returns & refunds You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return or refund. To be eligible, items should be in their original condition and packaging where possible. For hygiene reasons, some items that have been used extensively may only qualify for a partial refund or store credit — we'll always work with you to find a fair solution.
How to start a return Email us at store@bulginbeauty.com with your order number and a quick note about what's wrong (a photo helps us help you faster). We'll reply within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, we'll replace it or refund you in full — no need to send anything back in most cases. Just email us within 30 days with a photo.
Refunds Once your return is approved, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (processing times vary by bank). We'll email you as soon as it's on the way.
Return shipping For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, returns are on us. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping. On lower-priced items, we may simply issue a refund without asking you to ship anything back — we'll let you know.
Non-returnable items Gift cards and final-sale items are not eligible for return.
Late or missing refunds If it's been more than 10 business days since we approved your refund and you haven't received it, please check with your bank, then email us at store@bulginbeauty.com and we'll chase it down.
