Shipping policy
Where we ship We currently ship across the United States. (Add other countries here if/when you expand.)
Order processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking as soon as it ships.
Delivery times Once shipped, estimated delivery is 5–12 business days, depending on your location. Most orders arrive toward the middle of that window. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or high-demand periods.
Shipping costs
- Free shipping on all US orders over $50.
- Orders under $50 are charged a flat rate shown at checkout.
Tracking your order Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order is on its way — it can take 1–3 days for the first tracking scan to appear, so don't worry if it's quiet at first.
Delayed or lost packages If your tracking hasn't updated in 7+ days, or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email us at store@bulginbeauty.com with your order number and we'll track it down and make it right.
Wrong address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address, but reach out fast and we'll do everything we can to help.
Damaged in transit If your order arrives damaged, email us a photo within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund you — see our Refund Policy.
